If you just bought a device by Aukey, return it! Their software doesn’t work properly and they don’t provide any support at all.
App constantly drops your device from your account, app often can’t connect to the watchtower server, and it literally never gets updated. This company is a sham and a scam.

And cameras set up but not working on my app help please I spent 200 pound on this why it not on my phone
No camera view since apple update
Since iOS 13 update unable to use app to view cameras.
Remote view
The cameras themselves bare good for the price but the app could use some work. Very difficult to get remote view on phone sometimes you get one camera sometimes two very rarely all four. Then it freezes so you don’t know what’s going on.
