Cannot login from the U.K.

Trying to use the app within the U.K. to create an order before landing and the app doesn’t recognise the email or password. When using ‘forgot password’ I get no emails. I can use the website perfectly without VPN.

It’s a shame the app doesn’t work as I like to order everything via apps.
