The provider app will be used to do the following
Receive requests for water delivery where they can accept/ reject request
Once accepted the provider will be required to input tracking information including if they are on the way to collect water, on the way to deliver water, delivered water etc.
Receive payment based on quantity of water delivered as per set rates
