Great app with crisp UI. Minimal distracting buttons or options unlike competitors so it’s easy to navigate and to find whatever I need. Free version is very usable, which is hard to come by. Not the most visually pleasing, but does its job.

Paywall for a sound
I got this app when I started my health journey 3 years ago. I loved it and it helped me stay on top of my water goals. My favorite part was that the notification was a water droplet sound so I knew what alert it was. Now in order to access that feature you have to pay. And honestly I was ready to shell out a few bucks to be able to change the sound but it’s a membership. They literally want you to pay them $4 a month or $30 a year RECURRING in order to change the sound. Literally have to pay for a sound over and over. Greed is an ugly thing. I would have paid a one time fee for the sound because I get people need to be paid for their work but a recurring payment is just excessive.
