Having a problem…

Hi. I am only on level four. You know how when you are playing the level there is a clock in the corner? That is what my problem is. When I get to the finish platform the clock keeps running so it says that I failed. Once, I had 48 seconds left and I just stared at the screen until it got to 0 and said I failed even though I made it to the finish platform. I can’t get past level four because the that. I would like it fixed it possible otherwise, I would have to delete it. Thank you for reading and I would like it fixed.
