Hydration, made fluid.
Most trackers turn a glass of water into paperwork. IdroFlow does the opposite — it gets out of the way. One tap, and the day moves on.
The whole app is built from restrained glass surfaces that let your progress show through, with motion that behaves like the thing it is tracking. Clear, quiet, and calm enough to keep using on the days you would rather not think about it.
A tap is the whole ritual
Your usual drinks are waiting where you left them. Tap one and it is logged — no forms, no sliders, no arguing with a keyboard. Water, coffee, tea, or something you named yourself, in the amount you actually drink. Logging should cost you nothing, so it costs you a second.
The numbers tell the truth
Not every drink hydrates the same way, and IdroFlow does not pretend otherwise. A 350 ml coffee counts for what it really contributes, and the arithmetic happens on screen where you can see it. One honest goal, instead of a dashboard to manage.
Reminders with a sense of timing
Choose the hours that suit your day and they stay out of the rest of it. Reach your goal and they stop until tomorrow. Nothing buzzes just to prove the app is still installed.
Where you already are
Log from Apple Watch with the Digital Crown, with or without your iPhone nearby — including after a workout, when it matters most. Keep today on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, or just ask Siri. Water and sparkling water flow through to Apple Health, and everything you log follows you between devices through your own iCloud account.
New in 2.0
Today, Timeline and Insights have been rebuilt around one idea: hydration, made fluid. The same calm surface across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Insights read the rhythm of your recent days and tell you what actually changed — not what a chart looks like.
IdroFlow Plus
Custom drinks with your own names, colors and hydration values. Up to eight quick-add buttons. Adaptive reminders that follow how your days usually go. The complete set of insights. Extra widgets and Watch complications. And, if your device supports it, logging from a photo or by writing what you drank — both use Apple Intelligence, and need a compatible device, an up-to-date iOS and a supported language.
No ads, and no account to create. What you drink stays yours — it lives in your own iCloud and Apple Health, and nobody at IdroFlow can see it. IdroFlow Plus is available as an in-app purchase.
