Shoddy customer service
Downloaded this app when it was offered under a promotion
Was able to get premium for life for free. But now suddenly they took away the premium feature and want me to pay! Rather sneaky and unpleasant marketing strategy. No one can be bothered to answer my emails.

Delight to use the app
It comes in handy. Really like the color, design, and its simplicity. It helps me to stay hydrated.
