Almost perfect
I love Waterbean and I love the app. The only thing I feel like is missing is being able to have slightly more customizable options such as making a morning sunshine a deluxe or even adding some cinnamon to my latte. Other than that, it’s perfect.

I love this place, their pricing, their food and especially their coffee. BUT, the app doesn’t have all their food options or coffee options.
Works but delays are terrible
The application works, but sometimes the workers at the coffee shop do not make the drink. Maybe the iPad they use doesn’t notify them on time. Several times I ordered a coffee, waited 15 minutes before arriving to a non busy environment…only to see they did not even start making my coffee.
In these instances I paid ahead of time and provided tip, but I had to leave since I had meetings to get to. It’s disheartening there no recourse of this.
In addition, I don’t understand why all coffee apps ask for tips BEFORE the workers make the coffee.

BEST coffee in Charlotte
I have long been in love with this brand. First things first—the coffee is absolutely top notch! Their mocha is to die for and they use single source chocolate (swoon). They have so many alternative milks, too (macadamia is my fave). Their stores are classy, clean & filled with plants. Save room for a sweet treat or grab a delicious croissant sandwich with your coffee. You’ll love every bit of it all!

App is super easy to use. Beautiful photos of drinks/food so you know what you’re getting.
No black iced coffee option
When ordering iced coffee, there is no option to select black. You must select a milk and put in the instructions that you want it black and hope that the barista sees it

Love that there’s an app tied directly to the coffee shop now! It may need some updating/adjustments—it seems like the baristas don’t always get a notification in-store when there’s a pickup order.
