Good but has a lot of tech errors
My son uses this for school and so often on the pages the sound doesn’t work. So he has to solve the problem but with no instructions and no audio. I hope the developers can fix this especially knowing that my taxpayer dollars paid for this app that doesn’t really work
Waterford is very good but the app is horrible
It logs out everyday and takes multiple attempts to login. A minimum of 30+ attempts to log back in. The worst app I have seen till date
Engaging little learners
With the pandemic my son was not able to go to preschool. Know that I was worried about his transition to Kindergarten. His daycare teacher told me about Upstart and I was curious to see if this was a good alternative. It was! My son has been so excited to get on the Upstart laptop and do his homework! He learns new things each day and the program goes through tests that help go over his problem areas. Our coach has also been very supportive and enthusiastic about his learning! Montiuna has been a great teacher to work with and I would recommend any preschool child to be introduced to Upstart before going to school.

Mostly a good app
The times reflected on the app aren’t always accurate for how much time was spent in each subject. Other that that it is helpful to track my daughter’s work.
App doesn’t stat logged in
Basically doesn’t work. App worked at first but now every time I click on it it wants me to login again and verify the login, so the process takes about 5 minutes and only works half the time. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling.
App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t get past the login screen for me. I sign in and then it’s just blue. I’ve made sure that it’s updated, but no luck.

I like that I can track his progress and help him reach his goals. It also provides some parenting tips to help you bond with your child and build their confidence.
App keeps logging out
The app keeps logging out. You have to pretty much log back in every time. That is not the only problem most annoying problem is trying to log on. You put in you info correct and it wouldn’t log on keep going back to the log in screen selection. Take several attempts to be able to log on!!!!!
Good app in my experience, which is small
I like the app a lot, but I don’t use it every day, and sometimes not even every week, simply because I don’t need to. If I needed more ideas for ways to support my child in his upstart journey, I would use it much more frequently.

Good activities
I never thought I would be able to sit my son for 15-20min to study, but because the activities are so good and enjoyable, he sometimes asks me to do more! I highly recommend it!

Great app! I love that it is so easy to use and understand. It tells you what your child has learned and how many minutes left for the week.
Great asset to complement a great program
It’s easy to use! I love that I can check messages and achievements for my child while they do their online activities on our PC.
Wow! Get this app ASAP!
The Waterford app has been an amazing portal for me to keep track of our daughter’s progress with the program. I also show her each of her achievements to create that feeling of ownership and pride. Download this as a companion to the program and stay engaged.
Love upstart app
It is annoying to have to login every Time. But my daughter loves to check how much work she is done. Easy way to check their progress. She loves it
Slow and Glitches
I really enjoy this app being my daughter is being homeschooled but I will say it’s slow. When she has completed work it takes quite some time to register she has completed her work.

My 5y.o son is Learning so much . He love getting on his “school work”...
Monitoring Son’s Work
This app was a VITAL piece in ensuring that I was able to keep up and monitor my son’s work. Now I along with the teacher can keep track. Before this app, it was hard for me to gage of he had done the work. Now I can give him reminders and closely see how much time and what he is doing. This app is AMAZING!
