Updates
App use to be good but every update makes it worse, especially the most recent one. Fonts are to small, submit button is hidden by the keyboard, and ticket number entry box has been moved again.
Problems with this app
The app doesn’t work good with iPhones locks up a lot lots of problems, has problems with being able to type that locks up as well
