Can't load what I paid for
Tried to update to the premium edition. Paid the fee to Apple. Then got a message, as the program was loading, that it wasn't suitable to my iPad. How do I get a refund?

Why do your pictures keep going off and there’s a gray and you can’t see it until you save it what’s the problem?

App doesn't work with the new iPhones and when you try to email their customer service department, they will not get back to you. Got charged for this app and unable to use it.

It’s paid for, but says developer has to upgrade to ipad. The lite version works, says upgrade, paid for it, but does not work.

I am a digital artist and have absolutely adored this Ap. Your upgrades have not kept pace with the newer versions of the iPhones. I understand that you have moved on to bigger and better things, but I am begging you to please upgrade this Ap to current iPhone upgrades. This Ap does things that no other Ap does. I love it and am so disappointed that I am unable to use it as before.

I just paid for the updated version and after it accepted payment and tried to download...says developer hasn't updated it to work on the current iOS ... so wouldn't load on my iPad which has the latest iOS

Can’t use but paid for
I have paid for this App. It worked while I was reviewing but then when I paid for App it will not work with my IOS. I do not understand that. Please refund if it’s not going to work now. Would love to keep if it just worked

6/20/22 I just paid and downloaded this app only to get a message that, “developer needs to update this app to work with version of IOS”. So I paid $2.99 for nothing since I can’t open the app.

Needs updating.
Worked well until the iPad 6 was updated to iOS 15.4.1.
