bad support and can’t login
often can’t login despite putting in right details, sometimes works sometimes doesn’t despite using password manager. have emailed support but got no reply. cannot recommend

I can never log into the app. Tried to email to get some support, but there’s no customer support
Good but Bad App
Very helpful to keep informed on current affairs….. if it works. I am logged out every day and my password is rarely recognised. I cannot access anything on the app because it asks me to log in every time and as mentioned, proceeds to fail to recognise my details.
I have asked for support but not been given any for weeks and am still paying full price. I have seen a number of other reviews online experiencing the same issue. To be honest, I’m not sure if there even is a tech team to resolve this issue.

Worth it but app is so buggy :(
I love this app, and use it almost every day. The price has gone up but is still well worth it imo. However I’ve been getting a reoccurring issue for so long where it logs me out for no reason and doesn’t let me log in. It’s such a hassle that I’m considering cancelling the subscription because I can’t access it for several days at a time now sometimes and I’m paying for it! It’s very frustrating- please fix. There’s no reason I should be logged out of the app on my personal phone all the time! This has been going on for ages please fix as it would be 5/5 otherwise!!

Phenomenal app
I’ve been reading their newsletter for months now because I find it really insightful and easy to digest. Also, the weekly podcast, the monthly wrap up and the yearly newsletters are resources that I can’t find anywhere else. Peter is excellent at putting things into context, which allows me to understand even the most complex concepts. I cannot recommend this app enough and the Watson’s Daily podcast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
