Loving the new look on the app. Highly accessible and easier to navigate now.I totally loving the section where you can see the Top 10 items at Watson for each category as it helps me choose better and decide faster. Watson is totally listening to their consumers on improving their app. Kudos to the team for their hardwork. I love it when you check on a product and on the one page itself, you can see if there is any promotion that applies to the specific product.

As someone who's big on skincare, the Watsons app is super convenient especially when I'm close to running out on my fav products. The app itself is intuitive, user friendly and straightforward. Before this I would go to the physical store in Mid Valley and present my members card at the cashier. As much as i like shopping, this app has made my life that much easier especially with the excellent delivery service!!!

Easy to find items
Super easy to use apps. Easy to find product and it shows all details in one page. Can compare price with many brands and I can see all reviews and feedbacks from other users too. And Sometimes, the product that i want are unavailable at physical store and i'll straight away open this apps to find the the product. It's also very useful for busy person so they can just purchase the product from this apps.
