This app is totally crappy. The date of birth doesn't come up and you can't input just the numbers in. They should have tested the app before making it available to be used. 😡😡

tried to login. and the FIRST attempt got me and error in broken English - that I tried to login too many times.
and before that, I couldn't figure out what verification code the app wanted at the login screen. even took out my card to find it. turns out that its a captcha code. why can't you guys put the captcha on the left and the input on the right?

Why would such app be allowed to publish??? Does Watsons has any quality control? Let these incapable freelancer write such crappy app and their website? These developer should be disqualified as a developer! Are you very proud to let this app out???

Have you thought about possibly setting up the app to load the details of ones card, so it scan as though using the original card?
Just means not having to carry the card but also ensures your customers get their applicable points, etc.
