以No.1酒舖自居既公司，容許自己嘅app做得咁差，不順暢，經常有bug，令手機發熱等等。同佢個網站做得一樣咁差，長期維修。

This app sucks
呢個app真心廢，用vibe coding確定寫得好過佢。由我check out到俾錢等5分鐘，係咁hang機，畫面空白咁樣等。一撳轉payment method，要等多3分鐘。咁check out，又要等多2分鐘，確認佢嗰堆免責聲明，又要等分半鐘，之後會彈個membership don’t have points points to redeem. 試咗網頁版又係咁，好啦，唔要你嗰支送嘅酒，返返去個購物車嗰度，又要等5分鐘，之後再撳check out，又要等多5分鐘，都係彈同樣個error message，正價貨品check out都唔得。唔係你嗰支酒搞特價抵買，我唔會嘥時間喺度等！
The worst app
It never opens despite closing it, reloading the app, or restarting the app. So I can never actually use any discount offers they emailed me with the app. Don’t bother to download it.
Too many notifications
There are simply too many notifications for their promotions!
Can’t signup due to unknown membership id
Why block me from signing up if I don’t know my membership id? You already have my phone number and email verified! I couldn’t make a purchase because of this stupid design!

Buggy / unresponsive and just a pain to use. Select items but do not show in cart. Continuously says ‘system upgrade in progress’ = same for a month now ….. useless. Sign into website on desktop and car shows many items but cannot get into the cart. Watson’s wine app and website I completely useless.

Wrong info
When searching for discounted item, the original prices in grid view are mostly wrong. The rating tags are wrong too.
The price filter cannot be changed once it is set for the first time.
The shop is selling wines from $68 to $100,000+ , so the price filter slide is effectively just for decoration.
Billing address cannot be retrieved in the app even though they are in their system (retrievable in browser).
Loading time is not short too.
One star is awarded for not needing to login every time I use the app (contrary to browser)
