Voice commands are no longer working

Voice commands have completely broken and no longer work. All Siri ever does is say “Something went wrong. Please try again”…

Great for plugs and bulbs

Works well enough for the smart plugs and the bulbs. I can add shortcuts so I can control my lights using the shortcuts app on my Apple Watch. There is no support for the cameras though and I’ve not purchased the hub and other sensors to try them out but will update my review if they also work.

No longer supports Kasa HS200 switches

No longer supports KASA HS200 fixtures

???

The graphs are nonsense, sometimes even curving back over themselves. Ooops. Also, as mentioned, no camera support. Huh?

Tapo devices missing

This did work but now my Tapo devices have simply vanished tried everything to get them back, and nothing. Can’t give zero stars so 1 will do

Great App for Mac and iOS!

This app has really matured nicely. Watt works perfectly for me on all platforms. It is great having this option to manage my Kasa items.

Waste of time

Waste of time does not support cameras

Works great with optional IAP

This shows a graph of your overall usage which is good but it doesn’t show the max or minimum energy values which would be even more helpful.

Only shows data in year view

I’ve been using the app for a week now and it only shows data on the chart in the year view.

The boxes under the chart do not show any data for the month, day, or week. If I tap the chart it shows data for the current month

If I can’t see the data this app doesn’t do anything more than I can do in the Apple Home app. I’m cancelling my subscription.

Great App

Superb app which gives you a better graphical overview of your energy usage in particular. Only wish is a manual dark mode!

Useless

this app is a real waste of time

i cant beleive this app doesn't allow you to add devices

idk how he got this far into developing a companion app for smart devices while forgetting to add the feature that allows you to add the device you're using to the app that controls the device

Subscription app

It's not really clear from the app description, but to use more than one space (limited to 16 devices), you need to pay on a monthly basis through a subscription. The pricing isn't unreasonable -- CAD$1.29/mo or CAD$5.99/yr for the lowest family-friendly one -- but I dislike subscriptions with a passion and there's no more expensive one-off purchase.

Other than that, it correctly recognized all of my TPLink devices and displayed their energy consumption in an easy to read manner.

It's a nice app, but I do wish there was a non-subscription variation.

Cool, but not on M1

After using this app for 3 or 4 years, I can't anymore.
Seemed to work okay when I had an Intel Mac but since I upgraded to a Mac-Mini with M1, nothing but crashes.

not recognising my bulb L530

I got the message that " you do not have a suppoted device " while on listed items that you support I can see L530 . I am not sure why did I get the message .

Not great

Download this last week and thought it was fab as I could actually see exactly how much in ££ I’d used. I went on it today and it says I’ve no compatible devices. I bought 4 Tapo plugs last week that did work, not now. I signed out then back in , all my devices have now disappeared 🙄.

Data reporting not what I hoped for

I am looking for a way to see power consumption by device and hour/day. This app gives a little more information than the Kasa app, but very little. I don’t think it has much value for me until there is more granularity in the data reporting.

Fantastic App for Kasa Energy Monitoring!

Tried the app and instantly shelled out the $5 yearly sub. App is fantastic for monitoring your energy use if you bought into the Kasa Smart Plug ecosystem. Very intuitive UI to check your usage per device, room, or home. The app has to use your kasa login, so ended up separating things like cameras into another kasa account. Wishlist: 1. Ability to rename devices. 2. Ability to give a custom name, independent of the official custom name set via Kasa. 3. Ability to tag devices, and filter by tags. 4. Directly show independent plugs, in the case of the kasa power strip. 5. Ability to graph per space, and not just one graph for everything.

No Camera support

Seems a bit of a pointless app if it doesnot allow you to access and view Tapo camera
