Practical
Great effort, I like the interface. I don't think I'd like it to be more complicated by adding time of day use , that would mean I'd have to think way too much about what time the lights are on everywhere. It's good enough to average things out, gives me an idea of where I can reduce to save.

This is an interesting app but it won't work for me as my utility provider uses a tiered rate. To encourage lower usage.
One lower Step 1 rate of 7.52 cents per kW.h for the first 600 kW.h and a higher Step 2 rate of 11.27 cents for any usage over the Step 1 tier base amount.
If this app could allow for the addition of multiple tier levels, it would allow me to actually use this app.

Software is buggy
It is a very unique software - very few others like it in the App Store. However, the software is buggy.
The room and home level totals don't add up a lot of times, making the data entry a frustrating exercise.
Since there is a lot of data entry to be done, you expect the interface to be very smooth which it isn't. The software abruptly closes when you move from home view to room view and vice versa.
Broadly, great potential but needs a few more iterations of code cleanup.

WattchIt watch out for bad results
I'm having 2 problems with the app. First, the "Bathroom" room produces a negative cost as soon as you put in a quantity of zero or a blank for "appliances" you don't have, or even change the watts for your hair dryer. Some of the less common items included by default in rooms make you wonder. Then the typical power rating of certain items in other rooms are obviously switched.
Second, while you can delete a room you don't have, the app lacks the ability to delete an "appliance" you don't have.
Bottom line- I can't trust the math.
Restore my trust and my rating will go up to 4 stars.
A better interface would help too.

Beautiful and easy to use app!

Potentially a great app. However, the right section of the display is cut off on my iPad screen.
Pretty useful
Interesting app, definitely puts some things in perspective when it comes to your electricity bill. I wished it had an option to update your power bill information with a time of day set up. It only gives you the option of a flat rate type bill. It definitely shows you how much your varying appliances are costing you though which is a great tool.

Disappointed
Not quite what I was expecting or looking for. Also the setting up was too tedious. I could not find a simple way to remove an appliance from the preset list, eg garbage disposal in the kitchen.
Covenient for user^^

Excellent help!
This is an excellent app for those that wish to save money on electricity. The app works perfectly. It would be beneficial if the developer improved the tutorial to make it simpler to understand. An example to transcribe electricity information from a bill or product would be extremely useful.

Great tool
Perfect app. Just the thing I needed to show my kid how leaving his light on when he's not in the room costs money. Perfect visual aid. Also has inspired e to turn off my computer at night, only turn on my printer when needed and unplug my chargers.

Basic math errors
This app is giving me inaccurate results. Some cost values I can reproduce exactly, others are way off. It even gave me a negative cost number for a 60 watt incandescent bulb. Can't trust it. Fix the basic arithmetic and it might be useful.
