Fix bugs and optimize performance

User reviews

Seriously broke

Had I known this would have never purchased your batteries. After purchasing 3 GC2 batteries I can only bind one of them to manage. If I change the name of one battery the other two entries on the home page repeat the changed name with the same MAC address. Obviously a major failure.

Horrible

The app actually stops you from using the battery. Ghost codes on the app keep you from toggling on discharge button needed for power. NO customer service. AVOID!

Update didn’t work

Cannot connect to battery after latest update

It’s Broken

Latest version, 25.13.3 does not work. App crashes when Bluetooth connects to the battery.

Unreliable Battery Control

The recent update in March 2026 isn’t able to control “bound” batteries without a data connection. I had to take my batteries out of the camper and find enough data coverage to refresh the Bound Devices (batteries) and enable the outputs.
