At first when I updated the app I absolutely hated it but I am glad that I gave it a chance. Now I am learning more about the app and getting better about figuring things out.

It's a very buggy app. I constantly have to call to enable it.

KARLA Olson was helpful beyond measure. It was after hours and she talked me through the anxiety I felt dealing with the hackers. She answered all my questions and reassured me that this would be handled. I don’t know what I would have done without her! Thank you!
