I made a request for a right they took the money out my account in seconds but they didn’t have any drivers I called & told them this and they said I’d get a refund, it’s been 2 years since that even happened & I’ve heard nothing from them smh never again

Not reliable as most information seems misleading no contact information upon signup requesting more sensitive details that to me a flag lack of corporate site when searched or lookup it directs to another site !!!
Anything but Uber!
After I heard Uber and Lyft algorithms charge more for non-white neighborhood trips, I knew there had to be a better alternative out there. This company is black owned, and while it’s still getting off the ground, I really hope they invest more development into having a kick-ass app. Keep up the good work!

i wanted to support because of what i'd heard about this business. but my very first time trying to use this, i requested a ride and it said something like "all drivers are busy, try again later" but it still charged me. i emailed them asking for a refund and received a notification saying the email doesn't even exist. it's been two weeks and i still haven't gotten my money back
