The speed of connecting the incoming calls could do with been quicker.

Awful service, unreliable and causing missed calls to out business due the time it takes to connect the call.
Customers essentially here 2-3 rings before the phone even rings then once you hit answer it takes another 10-15 seconds to connect the call.
Called for help and stated I could not be helped as I needed to jump through an intense security check to receive tech support.
When asked about moving my plan to another provider I have been held at ransom to keep the product or pay for a full 3 year contract (changed from 2 years between sales call and paperwork) and lose the business number which I have paid for.
Dodgy at every angle avoid like the plague.
