Waveform is a brain stimulation and relaxation app.
Choose from a collection of very high-quality musical tracks based on your mood goal, from stress and anxiety relief to focus, concentration, and critical thinking. Get into a comfortable (preferably, seated) position, wear your earphones, relax, breathe and listen to the sounds playing in your ears.
Each Waveform track is embedded with one or more binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, or Schumann resonance based on the mood the track is composed for.
