The Recommendations feel Human
So a friend of mine suggested Wavelength, and though initially i was a bit sceptical of trying another dating app, but just how the product is designed, it feels soo human. I actually felt understood, i felt seen when wave recommends me someone, i mean it feels like talking to a friend, and the best thing is that i feel i am getting open minded through this entire process. I really wish Wavelength works, and more and more people try out how beautifully this is made.

Best Dating app
I had the best time, talking and going through profiles on Wavelength. Got my friends also hooked to this, the clarity with which Wave talks to you before the onboarding - makes you question your choices (for better) and helps navigate the crazy world of dating with ease. Great companion!
Why you should use it..
I started using it because I was tired of hinge and bumble where there was no accountability for my rejection feedback & extreme lack on security issues had a different experience with wavelength and made the process a lot easier at it reduced the decision fatigue due to extreme availability of options.

Amazing app
It is so unconventional and exciting to use this app
Amazing app
It goes in depth of who I am what I am looking for and what people I attract so definitely a break from other generous dating apps
The matchmaking feels personalised
Started using the service before it was even an app. Building on voice AI is extremely hard and the matchmaking notes show the high EQ of the AI (if I am allowed to use the word EQ). The illusion of choice gets removed with seeing only one profile at a time. Have I been on a single date set up by Wavelength? Nope. Do I still use the app? Yes. The dates are few due to not enough users but the tech is solid. Oh, and the first date is sponsored by Wavelength so less swiping, more meeting!

Feels like a trap
4 months. No real users. Seems like developers built it to find girls for themselves.
Waitlist does not have transparency
I spent almost 40 mins talking to their damn AI thing spitting out all the Personal data my insecurities etc, just to know that I’m waitlisted just reject me or accept me putting me on hold endlessly while sitting on my PI data is scary which ruins my mental health if you just reject me I can delete my account and you should get rid of my data so basically these guys won’t clearly reject and accept and their AI thing will just find clever ways to tell you what is missing in profile

This is a well made AI
The app works as it’s says and truly a genuine platform to meet & connect with the right minded, like minded individuals
Decent, should try
Even though it takes time, they try to find the right people for you!!
Don’t Put AI Into Things That Need Real Human Interaction
I know AI is booming, but adding AI to everything, especially matchmaking, which needs real human interaction, does not feel useful. At that point, I would rather just talk to an AI directly using something like ChatGPT voice mode. This feels more like an AI-boom startup idea than something that genuinely improves dating, and I’m not sure it will work long term.
I’ve been using the app for over 3 months since the early adopter phase. The UI and voice/text concept are decent, but the community still feels too small and unbalanced to create meaningful matches. Despite actively shortlisting profiles, I barely received any matches or useful feedback about my profile.
The biggest issue is the lack of transparency, users don’t know whether the matching system is actually working, whether profiles are being seen, or what can be improved. Human connection and chemistry are far more complex than what algorithms can currently understand.
The app has potential, but right now it feels too focused on AI-driven matchmaking without solving the basics: community size, balance, feedback, and genuine interaction.

No one on the app
There are literally no people on the app.
Useless app
AI will keep talking to you forever, you will end up deleting this app in 5 minutes
Not enough users
There’s literally 100-200 users max in tier 1 cities and 10-20 in other cities, they mentione they won’t start matchmaking till they hit 939 users in a city.
It’s useless AI slop app to get information about you and sell it.

finally a dating app that doesn't make you feel like you're window shopping
Wavelength actually feels like talking to a person, not judging a profile in 2 seconds. the whole no swiping thing slows you down in a good way. conversations feel a bit more intentional, less “hey what’s up” copy paste energy.
you’re not stuck in that endless scroll spiral. if you’re tired of treating dating like a game, this is the perfect reset.

Its just matching through algorithms
no AI can understand humans better than themselves. If that was the case AI would

Freshness in the dating world!
Finally!! Something new in the dating apps world! This app is so great and so spot on in figuring out matches! It’s intentional, deep, interesting, and absolutely way user interface. Like I have high hopes of finding something real here.
