I’ve been using WaveLogs during planning sessions with my kids, and it’s honestly been a clutch tool. Being able to record conversations and get clean AI summaries afterward makes it so much easier to stay organized without stopping the flow of the discussion.
We use it for everything from school planning and schedules to future goals and random brainstorming sessions. Instead of trying to remember who said what, everything is already captured and summarized in a way that actually makes sense.
What I like most is that it feels natural. We can focus on the conversation while the app handles the notes and recap. Definitely one of the more useful AI apps I’ve used lately.

Accurate transcripts and summaries
Been using this for a few days and it’s been very accurate so far. I love the interface and the summaries are legit.
Privacy 🤝 Utility
I’m usually hesitant to adopt ai tools due to a lack of data protections. This app gives me the functionality that I’ve been seeking for managing my PM meetings, while also respecting the ai policies of my clients.
Ease of use
This app is very user friendly! The extraction feature is perfect to organize task without having to do it manually. I’m currently using it to sort my task from emails and I love it.
Good for work meeting notes
This helped me summarize my work meetings and is making my life easier! There are other similar apps but this one looks a lot more modern and aesthetically pleasing.
