Replaceable

I started out with this company when they were new. I saw myself as a longtime contractor for this business hopefully moving up the ladder within the company eventually. This company and its owners were like family to me and that’s how I viewed them. Things changed over the last year or so. I do believe the owners lost sight of the reason why they started this business and the need for money/greed replaced that. This company now looks at their contractors as replaceable. Your a number to them lining their pockets not caring about the contractors who are working within the business.
