About

Wavera Health EMR brings the full oncology chart to your phone. Built for clinicians who move between exam rooms, Wavera puts the patient's story, the day's schedule, and the note you have to write in one place — and keeps them in sync with the desktop chart in real time. CHART AT THE BEDSIDE Open a patient and see what matters first: a day-prep recap of the diagnosis, current therapy and interval events, then vitals, the working note, pending orders and billing — each one a tap away. AMBIENT DICTATION Start dictation and keep talking to your patient. Wavera captures audio natively, so recording survives a locked screen or a switch to another app, and drafts the note structure for you to review and sign. WRITE AND SIGN Draft, review, and sign progress notes from the phone. Review of systems, physical exam, assessment and plan, and CPT/diagnosis coding are all reachable without leaving the visit. ORDERS AND RESULTS Place orders, review labs and imaging, and check the status of what's pending — from the chart or the action bar. SECURE BY DEFAULT Face ID unlocks your session between uses. Clinical data stays inside your organization's Wavera environment. Wavera EMR requires an account with a healthcare organization that uses Wavera Health. Wavera Health EMR is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not a consumer health app and does not provide medical advice.
