Peggiorata notevolmente
L’app è notevolmente peggiorato rispetto alla precedente versione: non si sono più i grafici di temperatura ed umidità, le variazioni dei parametri sono poste in modo che più facilmente, per errore, vengano modificate.

Update is worse please revert back
I expected the update to be a better version. How wrong was I? The functionality of the previous version was better the look of the previous version was better. It was very little to say other than the previous version was much better. I’m not sure why the app was changed as I had no issues with the previous version, but this version is much worse.

Dumb redesign lacks previous features
The latest app redesign in 2025 has quite frankly been dumbed down to the point that it a children toy, incredibly frustrating new ui that lacks completeness of the app it replaced. Basic options to boost for a timed period gone, graphs to monitor throughout the day/week gone…. bring back the old version that just worked, it might have kicked you out frequently but at least you could do basic monitoring and control of underfloor heating

Missing functions
Several functions like history are missing... I got 7 thermostats and 4 of them has issues and says its 99% humidity and the truth is around 50%...

In attesa di aggiornamento per risoluzione di bug e invece….non so quanti passi indietro sia di grafica, usabilità e soprattutto funzioni….difficile capire il senso di un aggiornamento simile … spariti anche i grafici con andamento nel tempo di umidità e temperatura. Woeful update
Yes it’s still functional but the whole redesign looks amateurish. Weird font and overly simplistic interface. I wish we still had the old interface it was clearer and more detailed, not this ‘dumbed down version’ please at least make it look cool if you are going to present less detailed information! Or have an option for the old version interface if you want. Wish it had stayed the same!

Do not update to the newer version! Useless! Cannot look back the history and since the update cannot control some of my rooms!
Aggiornata, peggio di prima
Con mia sorpresa alla bella stagione ho trovato app e firmware del pavimento aggiornati. Speravo finalmente in un miglioramento di un’app pessima, e invece sono riusciti a fare peggio di prima. Hanno cambiato grafica, che ora sembra ancora più vecchia, ed ogni due minuti non vede il sistema online (nonostante lo sia stabilmente via Ethernet) e così non si può fare praticamente niente. Io mi domando come sia possibile rilasciare tali schifezze. Ma non le restano prima?

La nuova veste grafica é sicuramente migliorativa, é appagante esteticamente e anche la user experience é migliorata.
Alcune cose migliorabili: i font sono troppo grandi e fanno sì che ci stiano pochi elementi in una pagina. Sarebbe bello poter impostare una griglia a più colonne e sarebbe carina l’integrazione con i widget di iOS.
Con il nuovo aggiornamento ho però un grosso problema, l’impianto appare spesso offline nonostante non lo sia. Devo aspettare un po’ oppure riavviare l’app per vederlo nuovamente. Questo succede spessissimo. Sistemate!

Beta update
Several functions are missing from this version what is actually a stepback to the predecessor. There is no option to see the history of temp and humidity data. In this new version there is no way to see that the central system is in heating or cooling mode. These features are very important for me and im very dissapointed….

Problems after the new update
It keeps disconnecting. It shows: “your system is offline, please check the internet connection of sentio csbtral unit”. Please fix this. Also, graphs are missing. I read they will be back soon. I hope.

Needs updates and better support
App is better than trying to control heating by the individual room thermostats.
App is difficult to connect initially to the underfloor heating system. Once done, then logs you out frequently. I updated the app once and lost all connection to the system and had to start again by putting system in learning mode. I daren’t run anymore updates.
A few more changes could make this app great but today there are too many issues.

Evim ısıtma sistemi Wavin ama kimsenin aklına Ethernet kablosu çekmek gelmemiş. Bir saatlik uğraş sonrası cihazın internetle bağlanması sonrası uygulama ile kontrol etmeye başladım. Haftaiçi-Haftasonu veya Her güne özel ısıtma süresi ve ısıtma derecesini ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. Sabah kalktığınızda ısınmış bir eve uyanmak ama sonrasına kapanarak ekonomi sağlayan bir sistem. Ayrıca kontrol etmenizi, kısa süreli ısıtma açmanızı da sağlıyor. Ev değil ama ısıtma sistemi akıllandı.

Login out automatically
I have been login out automatically almost everyday. So everyday I have to put all username and password again. Annoying
Bug fix needed
App is not able to control the thermostats properly and very slow to respond. If you give unique room names it wont update on the main screen. Bug fixing needed asap.
