DO NOT UPDATE APP
The app was working perfectly fine until I did an update. Now I can’t submit a claim. As soon as I get to the screen asking which service I’m claiming for everything freezes and no list appears. I have reached out for assistance and no one has helped me. It’s been 3 weeks. Potentially losing money from submission deadlines being missed.

I can do everything on the app like submitting claims, uploading image to claims, check for coverage etc but the only thing i hate is that I have to login every time. What’s the point of biometric login when I need to type in my password for login.
Worst app
App crashes, freezes, or the screen goes blank constantly. This has been going on for two years so clearly run by an incompetent insurance company.
New app is terrible
Old app worked perfectly every time. New app is terrible. I can never get logged in. I only submit claims via my laptop now.
Nothing works
This app is terrible, I cannot open anything within the app, screen just flashes and does nothing!
