Very very bad service!!!!

The employee do not see their problems and that reflect that managers and the system are not well organized. When the order is sent on Wednesday and not yet received until next Tuesday, what even make things worse is that they do not initiate reply but we have to keep calling and sending messages to reply after on Saturday after our many messages.
