Had this app for 2 months and checked most times I was in the Wayback area, they have yet to get a SINGLE deal or offer on there. Deleted the app today after realizing the “check back soon” page is fake and will never yield a deal. Sad to see apps never give any offers anymore.
Rewards
The app is kind of weird and hard to navigate. Also I had a free burger reward and couldn’t use it correctly because the app wouldn’t allow and no one in the store knew what to do. Not a good 1st impression.

The classic burger was very good as was the chicken sandwich. Had the chicken nuggets for the first time. All white meat nuggets were also very good. I really like the honey mustard. French fries were not that hot so had to heat them up a bit.
Removed ability to login with gmail. No back button on add phone no. screen
The ability to login with an email address has been removed, now you can only login if you use a facebook account or an apple account, but if you made the mistake of already having an account via email the app will soft lock when trying to login with apple/facebook because your phone number was already used on your old "now removed" account. Forcing you to delete the app and redownload it to try the login process again.

Receipts didn’t work
The food is really good. The 2 workers are great. Only issue was my first 3 receipts wouldn’t scan so I lost a bunch of points but it seems to be working now.

Wrong order
0 stars if I could for the millsboro Delaware branch. Gave me the wrong order then when I got the right order I didn’t even have chili on my chili cheese dog. 8$ for a hot dog you would expect a little more pride in there service. Lower your prices or get better service/quality

App is Horrible after rewards update
I can’t for the life of me get into my account since you switched your rewards program.
Every time I try to transfer the account or sign in with my old rewards account it asks for a phone number but then phone number is already in use and won’t let me do anything.
Pretty useless app now, stopped ordering there because of it.

Good rewards program
People get confused
This is an App Store. People review the food here. The food is very good but the app is severely sub-optimal. It is not at all user friendly. Favorites can’t be edited. Frequently the app will say that an item in your favorites is not available when it in fact is available. The only thing it will allow you to do is delete that favorite. Application of a reward is confusing and limited. Please review the app, not the food so they will fix this incredible shortcoming of their great company!
