Perfect for logistics Businesses
It's incredibly easy to use, integrates wonderfully with our website and I really can't imagine running my business without it! Once i sign up they set up the software in a very short time, it is very simple to use and fairly user friendly especially for our customers logging into their accounts. I have to say on starting up I did learn quite a bit and the person assigned to me was very helpful, I always get a response within an hour, they are always there to help you through the process and once everything was done its all pretty straight forward. I am able to print my shipping labels and they have an app that our delivery personnel use once you scan a package the customer information goes directly to the app. I Had no problems at all and no issues to date. Cost effective, and great technical support.
