It was good for a while but it’s not working anymore
One of the worst apps
I can search for my property to pay taxes but can’t a payment. I couldn’t not register and when I tried to pay without registration, it forced me to register!!!! I tried the direct bank payment but failed to go through the registration process. I can’t see what I type in each field, I have to enter data blindly.

Great mobile functionality for WayneCounty
This is a great little app for Wayne County. It's nice to see the county innovating with these capablities. As the county moves more services online, the mobile app will become more and more relevant. Keep up the good work dev teams!!!
Works but needs improvement
The app works, but needs some improvements. The first time I searched by parcel number, I got no results. I searched by my address instead, entering a street number in the first input field, and the street name in the second input field. For example, if my address were "123 Main St", the search works when I type "123" in the Street Number input, and "Main" in the "Street Name" input; it does not work if I put "Main St" or "Main Street". Then, it showed me my parcel number with a period at the end. For example, my parcel number is "112234.". Going back to search by parcel number "112234." works, but not without the period. To be fair, the letter I got in the mail says my Parcel ID has a period at the end, too.
Next, when you type anything into an input field, the screen goes blank. You'll have to finish typing, then press DONE to see what you typed.
I was able to make my tax payment and get email confirmation, but the App needs some work to be more user friendly.

Can’t make payment app format issues
App cant find parcel. Also the app has format issues so you can’t see what you’re typing. I’d suggest that the county ensures the tools they present to the public are usable.
Does NOT Work!
You cannot see what you’re typing. The pages stay blank. Uninstalled reinstalled and still does not work.
Doesn’t work
Could not get app to work for making a payment. App could not find my parcel number even though I know it was correct. Can’t see what your typing while you type. Just a really poor excuse for a payment app. Useless.
Can not pay taxes through app
The app has a user friendly layout but does not function as advertised. You cannot see what your typing and for that reason it does not allow you to search your properties.

Can’t see what you’re typing, confusing design, and just plain broken. Worse than not having an app.
