Great App but doesn’t show pending deposits..
I love the overall app but wish they would update to show pending deposits as well. That would be a great help instead of trying to guess what is in the account over the weekend. The app should update 24/7 including holidays. I don’t like that you can’t see what’s in your account till after the weekend and holidays.

NEEDS Mobile Deposit
I love the app and everything but I’m getting checks, not direct deposit and it is really hard to go to the bank every week. Love the app and the bank though!

The font is way too thin and small for seniors to read and golly gee using a different color for deposit and withdrawal is oh so not helpful, for those who are color blind. Please fix it.
It's a year later and the font size and thickness has not changed, thus I still have the same complaint. Please Enlarge and Bold it for your Senior customers.

I don’t see a photo check deposit, also at there local branch just installed two new ATM’S took out the night drop, have to deposit one check at a time, I don’t want my employees setting at the atm manually putting in one check at a time.

It’s 2018 and this app performs as if it is the coming of age of the cellphone! I love WWFCU but this app stinks! Please update! The way of the world revolves around apps, step your techie folks up so we can make this right!!

I would like to be able to see that payments have been cleared and on what day in the bill pay area instead of needing to call the credit union.
Pretty big failure for a good app
The app itself is pretty good! Overall, I am happy using it. That is until I need to update my password. The only way you know it’s “time” to change your password is by receiving an invalid error message upon trying to log in. The app will absolutely not let you do anything not change your password. This is a complete fail. Users must log into their account using the full website to change the password first. Drives me nuts every.single.time.

Prepare yourself for perpetual lockouts
Like the previous reviewer, I understand and accept the need for changing passwords (as if “password-protected” actually means something) on a somewhat frequent basis. However, and this may be just for iPhone users, when the credit union decides that your password is expired and needs to be changed, their phone app gives you absolutely no way to do this; you cannot do it from within the phone app itself. You MUST go to a full website version through a browser in order to get the full functionality and change your password. This is a huge inconvenience, and they should know better... they don’t even give you an “I forgot my password“ option on the phone app. You are simply stuck. For this reason, I consider it the worst online banking app out there, and I use five. Fix this, WWFCU!

Password Changes
While I understand the concept of changing passwords frequently, how about you prompt me to change it myself instead of just automatically changing it to something random and locking me out of my own account? And then the only way to fix the issue is to come up to your branch location in person. Which is extremely annoying when you work a night shift and have to miss out on sleep in order to fix something that shouldn’t be changed without at least a notification. This is the third time (at least) that this has happened, and it’s causing me to seriously consider changing where I choose to keep my money.

Password change
It's really a pain to constantly have to change the password. Something else needs to take place for security purposes as constantly changing the password isn't going to secure the account.

The app works faster then the web site. lol. I am happy with it. No issues. Finger print easy to hook up!

I appreciate the easy of the finger print log in and that I can now see my pending charges to the account.
Also enjoy the ease of transferring funds to one account to another.

Password changing constantly
I'm really starting to hate the fact that I have to Change my password every time I go to log in to my account, especially now that I can just use my fingerprint! It's so easy to just use your fingerprint! WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD ALL THE F****** TIME!! Now I can't even change my password on the website because the website is saying that my info is invalid, what is going on with your online banking services!
