WayPath Academics

WayPath is the mobile app for WayPath Academics tutors and staff. See your schedule, message families, and keep session notes with you — without switching tools. Schedule See today’s sessions and the week ahead. Admins can filter by tutor or focus on their own calendar. Students Open a student record for contact info, upcoming sessions, notes, files, and homework. Messages Text families from the studio number. Add another tutor to a family thread in the app — parents still only text WayPath. Staff chat stays in the app. Session notes & recaps Log focus, homework, and progress. Send a branded recap by email or text, with homework and files attached. Schedule a send for later when you don’t want it to go out right away. Letters & shares Send letters, homework, and files from the student record. Schedule those too. Built for WayPath tutors and admins. Sign in with your WayPath account.
