Disrespectful Customer Service
Response from developer
Hi Jawaan, We've reviewed the full email exchange and stand by our support team's handling of your inquiry. When you reported a geocode API error, we responded promptly and resolved it. When you then reported a blank map, we investigated immediately, couldn't reproduce the issue, and asked clarifying questions to help diagnose the problem—standard troubleshooting practice. At no point was anyone rude or dismissive. Asking questions like "why would the map be useful for you?" helps us prioritize features and understand user needs. Your response to our team—"Stop responding and making it appear as if I'm making it up"—was unwarranted. No one accused you of fabricating anything. Despite the tone of your emails, we still provided you with a free year subscription as a goodwill gesture for reporting the initial bug. We wish you well, but we won't accept unfair characterizations of our support staff. —WayPoint X Team
Love this app ❣️❣️
I had a few ideas that I know would be helpful to me & maybe others…
1-Being able to put the stops in either optimizer option or put my own order I wanted stops to be in
2-Make a note on the address so it’s easier to recognize my stops without having to memorize address/place & have a possible error
3-Better explanation of the app & how to use it when the app is searched in App Store
I emailed the developer and within just a few days😳 my suggestions were added to the app❣️
He even even emailed me when to update my app when the changes launched😁❣️
I HIGHLY recommend this app if you need a multi-stop app that’s easy to use
