Access issues
Put in password and then the app sends an authentication code. You enter the code it sends and it says it’s wrong. I am going on 2 weeks now without access to my account/money. Customer support is at a loss and has no clue how to fix it. This company needs to invest in IT team, this is ridiculous.
Great way to save
I love how simple this app makes it to build up a savings. Small amounts are transferred into a savings account from your checking each day. The amounts out of my checking go unnoticed but build up fast. Now I have an emergency savings if I need it!
Can’t use
The app refuses to allow for a PO Box as an address. It produces an error message and asks you to call T Rowe Price, so I did. After waiting on hold, the rep told me I would need to change my address with my employer. Some of us who live in rural areas don’t have the luxury of a non PO Box as our mailing address. Rep said without a street address I can’t use Waysaver.
