App horrible
Tried to log on, said incorrect password, it’s not. Hit forgot password. Was supposed to send email. One day later, no email. Useless. Deleted app

Downloaded, Installed, Signed up nothing but error messages. Requested email for password reset never received email.
I will just pay cash where this app is the default. Never a problem with the other Park Mobil app.

Always says “unavailable” in Franklin, PA!!! Why?!?!? It used to work. The kiosks are horrible!!!
NEVER sends email to reset your password
Please get that fixed. For some reason today it wants me to log in , even though I use it all the time. Ok I get it and I sent my email and NOTHING. this has happened before.

just terrible design, no integration with apple pay, and in no way is convenient. it was much faster to just pay at the outdoor kiosk than in this poorly designed app.
Can’t reset password
Deerfield Beach Fl uses this app and I have been trying to reset my password for months. If you call the number provided you get a call center that doesn’t even know the app by name. How to reset password before getting g another parking ticket.

App doesn’t work. Just says “not available”.
Can’t delete account
No way to delete or close an account and developers never respond to emails with questions about doing so. Don’t open an account unless you’re sure you want it to exist forever.
