Won’t even let me use the app
Title says it all. I downloaded it thinking I could watch some shows on it. But the first thing it does is require me to login without asking me to create a new account. Especially because I’ve never had a previous account with this app, though I would’ve loved to. If I could rate 0 stars, I would!!!

Can’t Cast Anything Consistently
I love the ability to watch shows and movies that are WB produced and not on other platforms, but I cannot get through a 60m show without the casting stopping. The show pauses, the screen has a spinning circle in the bottom left corner, the app freezes and I can’t press play. The best recourse I have is to disconnect the cast and reconnect or to close the screeners app and recast and play again. Would LOVE to get that fixed bc it’s so frustrating. I’d love to watch a show all the way through for once.

Impossible de créer un compte
Deux jours que j'ai tenté de créer un compte et impossible. Ce qui fait qu'on ne peut pas l'utiliser ni sur Internet normal ni sur l'application... aucun moyen d'avoir de l'aide rien du tout! Personne ne répond.. fuyez vraiment!

Even free not worth it
Despite WB have extensive library of movies and shows. Their app is complete opposite of performance.
There is no show without at least 10 times of lagging, stopping, hanging not matter what you do, restart the show or boot the Apple TV or even on a PC. And it always hang at the exact same position no matter what. And when it hanged don’t think it will resume momentarily or even later after loading. It simply hang and there is nothing you can do except trying to skip ahead 10 seconds.
No subtitles or lack of subtitles even English are missing on many shows including brand new ones. Duster had English sub but plays Spanish. Even when turned off still shows Spanish or French.
