Initial jabbering
I don’t like the female voice that jabbers each time I open the app. Very annoying. Please just start the programming - you’ll have a much more generous listener.

Love the great selection of shows and I love being able to catch up on ones I missed. I wish it would remember where you left off on a show so you could leave and come back like you can on other apps, even the Npr app holds your place
Bigger play button!
Using this in the car I often miss the play button and end up on some other screen with no play button
New design didn’t work
Can’t get the programs to play online anymore. Keeps defaulting back to start when I try and access the programs. 😣😣

App always cuts out
I am an avid follower of NPR and am a sustaining member of WBHM. I would use this app more, but it is soooooo frustrating because it consistently abruptly “cuts out” without warning. It happens when the phone is stationary or when I am on the move. It happens on WiFi and on cellular. I even contacted the app developer to see what could be done to fix this and they were helpful but never fixed the issue. I sure wish this were a better app…I’d use it more.

Allows me to get to the programs I missed due to life. Easy to navigate with top stories, streams, and on demand. More local news/programming needed. Not as accessible for screen reader users as it could be, but that’s true for all NPR & State PR apps.

Takes way too long to load. Loads stuff I never use. I just want to land on the WBHM broadcast without waiting to be served everything at once.
