Facial recognition
Every time I try to add the facial recognition, it tells me it was successful and then when I click OK, it shuts the button off. I’m not sure if it’s the credit union who doesn’t allow for facial recognition or if it’s the app. But I would love to be able to use my face since I use it for everything else! Would be great if we had Zelle too! I know it’s not an app thing, but it would be helpful!

ATM
I would love to be able to deposit money via the ATM. It would save a lot of issues.
Easy to Use
This is one of the easiest apps to use. It always works as I have never had any problems. I also like the ability to use my fingerprint to log in to app.
Practical
This app makes is easy to stay on top of banking needs and the update is more user friendly.
Online banking
I have an I phone 7 and it's made it so easy to access my account using my fingerprint. I love it. Now looking at my accounts online is as easy as dealing with Weld Schools for all my financial needs. Love love love this bank and I am a hard person to please.

Pretty Good
WSCU iPhone app is pretty good. Like the fingerprint security feature and quick transfers between my own accounts. Could use improvements of online bill pay and ability to transfer to other's WSCU accounts and non-WSCU accounts. Overall a good timesaver and feel it is as secure as these things can be.

Dated experience
Very limited and frustrating to use, not to mention no iPhone 6 support. If you're looking for a credit union with a great mobile and online banking experience, this isn't the one. Using the app is equally as bad as using their HomeLink portal.
