Customer support

Absolutely terrible! I paid for a one-year subscription and lost access after just three months. WCEA support is useless only sending automated replies, no help at all. Feeling cheated. Avoid this app!

Doesn’t work

It won’t let you use the app unless you verify the account and it won’t allow me to submit when the account is being verified.

Technical problems

Users are unable to login after downloading the app, there should have been a signup button which enables users to create new user accounts. We only get access to login or sign in interface .
