Garbage app
This app is garbage. It rarely works outside their normal business hours and there is no support for issues. Find a better bank to deal with than WCF Bank.
Why the change?
The entire online/phone banking arena has completely changed. I’m not sure of the reason why? This online banking environment is more difficult to navigate to get done what earlier took literally seconds to do. Now we fumble around to find what we need to do and it makes for a frustrating experience.

Garbage
I can never access the app or their online services when it is convenient for me. Even during “business hours” I get the message that they “are unable to validate my credentials”. If you call the only thing they say is change your password and that doesn’t help either. If you want better online services find a different bank.

every online purchase that isn’t an already billion/trillion dollar company will be flagged as “fraud” and there’s literally nothing you can do to allow the payment.
