Where is the online survey?
You guys say the online survey is on the homepage and I can’t find it anywhere. The only thing I’m able to find are multiple ads hundreds and hundreds of ads.
Connecting terrible
Your most recent connection to newscast is much worse than prior ones. It frequently stops without warning and does not restart. The newscast has to be restarted from the beginning and efforts to move forward frequently result in the newscast shutting down again. Prior connections also skipped the multiple lawyer commercials, which was desirable. I enjoy getting the local news when I’m on vacation or out of town or sometimes simply miss the broadcast. I hope this can be resolved.

I don’t really care for the new format. Kind of hard to navigate and lags in loading stories. Ads of course is a revenue source, but keep in mind that you are still a news organization with the goal of keeping the public informed.

Cannot get rid of the app notification on iPhone even after deleting snd reinstalling app. Annoying!

Great navigation easy to use
Always use news 20 app for my news source. keeps me up to day with all news in my area as well as what's trending in world news.

App is Lacking
I utilize the WCJB TV20 news app to view the 6:00 news from NC. I use an Apple TV 4K I own a townhouse in Gainesville and that is the only means I have to keep up what is going on in Gainesville and with the Gators. Recently a change was made to the app where there are now a number of windows where you can view different topics. I utilize the main window to see the news. Here is the problem, after the news is over there is no way to exit the app and go back to the Apple TV Home Screen. The only way I can get my Apple TV released from the app is to unplug the Apple TV. If there is a normal way to exit the app, I haven’t found it. Normally all I used to have to do is just keep pressing the Menu button on my Apple TV remote to get back to the Apple TV Home Screen . Will you please fix this or tell me where the exit button is to exit the app? I was gracious with three stars. It probably should have been two stars.

Are you EVER going to fix your app?! The “no internet connection” thing is really annoying. Yes my phone has internet and, yes it’s connected! EVERY OTHER APP ON MY PHONE WORKS FINE! Please! Fix your app!
Not so informative
I see stories online from WCJB on other programs yet when I use the WCJB app directly, I can't find the article. I get an error message instead. I find this app to be lacking in everything. I'll get my local news from other means.
Doesn’t work
Hasn’t worked in months on phone or iPad. Please update otherwise I have to use Facebook to read stories.

I keep getting kicked off the news app and won’t let me in.
