Check Deposit doesn’t work
Every time I go to use the mobile check deposit feature on the app I get kicked out of my account and an error message pops up saying I was logged out of my account due to inactivity. This happens right after I captured the first image of my check, and I am unable to make a deposit.

This new app is great! It's simple to use and has great tools. My only disappointment was the data from the old app didn't carry over, like payment history. However so many new features that I have yet to explore in detail.

Can't complain. Everything works smoothly, haven't run into any problems other than small maintenance updates when I really needed it most but hey, I live down the street anyway. 👌🏼

I can deposit a check, check a balance or make a transfer any time. WCTFCU is still our main place to "bank" even living in FL.

Upgrade
This worked fine on my iPhone 4, until they decided to upgrade and made it require an iOS of 9.0. Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the 4's past an iOS 7. Too bad they assumed everyone had the latest iPhone. I can no longer use the old app or install the new one. Unless, they wish to buy me a newer iPhone!

Works
The app works, but you need to go online first to request access. That isn't very clear. Under account services press mobile access. Works fine now.
Doesn't work
Have never been able to sign in. Was told when I opened the account I would be able to do mobile deposits but that only works if the app works. Please fix this error.
