Too Many Ads
I had the app on my phone but after using it for two months I deleted it. Way way too many ads to wander through to get to the weather. Just give us the facts on the weather 86 the ads.

I am a weather watcher and I am really enjoying this APP because it keeps me updated on the weather and especially the alert.
Better Apps without the ads
If you want to get bombarded with advertising then this is the app for you!

Btw- what good is an EQ Option when you click on for intro of exact area, it give you a bright white background with size/time?! Absolutely No Info! Don’t even get me started on the inaccuracy on weather now.

While the app delivers the information well, it does seem to be a little slow and clunky. It might be time for a refresh.

Spot on accurate weather!
WDBJ weather is spot on with their weather forecasts! I enjoy their coverage and news anchors.
Radar is pitiful
Every time I launch this app I have to wait for big lick something or other to load which is annoying especially when the weather is bad! Don’t depend on the weather radar for this app either, most of the time when you need it the most the weather won’t download. This used to be good app but not so much now!

Fix your app. Every time I open it now, it pops over to something other than weather like it used to be. Or give the option to switch back to the older page

For the past 7 months the radar map freezes less than half way through. The time continues to move but the picture/map freezes
New app update
Do not like the latest update for this app.
Too Slow
The new performance update didn’t help. I timed the app from opening until I could get weather information. It took about 7 seconds. Doesn’t seem like a long time but the 10Weather app only takes one second. The weather channel only takes about 2 seconds.
Also you have to have a very strong cell signal to see radar. Other weather apps will work with a weaker signal.
Both these problems are disappointing when there is severe weather and I can’t get the app to work.

First, the accuracy is certainly all right, but not much if any more accurate than weather.com.
My problem is that recently when I pull up the WDBJ weather app and click on daily or hourly, what I get is the most annoying ad for TEMU and if I miss the little x trying to delete it I get forced into some deep, dark as stream.
As an individual, my thoughts don’t have much weight on a local giant’s acceptance of ‘what’s new, meaningful, appropriate and effective in advertising, but I’m very close to dumping this app even as the on air WDBJ weather remains the best in the valley, at least in my view.

WDBJ is The BEST !!!!!
As far as I’m concerned, there is No other news or Weather team in the valley except WDBJ 👏👏👏. Absolutely the best. 😊
