This group has changed my life. I am a better husband, son, and friend because of this group. As a man it’s hard to find deep meaningful relationships but because of We Are The They I have been able to find those friendships which have changed and ultimately helped save my life.

We have all had the opportunity to form and create deep and meaningful relationships with guys all within the group. Being part of WATT has been an incredibly transformative experience for me, impacting every aspect of my life in the most profound ways. Physically, the men’s group has motivated me to prioritize, my health and well-being. Through regular workouts, outdoor activities, and wellness discussions, we have collectively encouraged each other to lead active and balanced lifestyles. WATT emphasizes on physical health has not only improved my strength and endurance, but it has also boosted my confidence and self-esteem. We hold each other accountable, providing the necessary support and motivation to reach our individual fitness goals.
