Best delivery so far
I never use deliveries but lately I’ve been using some delivery services I was disappointed but I searched and I found this guys I am amazed about how this guys handle the delivery service at the local level I guess what I am try to say is trust the local deliveries thank you we deliver plus.com
Delivery took an hour and an extra charge
Best to just go get your food yourself.
I had ordered through the website and honestly wish I had read through some reviews before doing so. I ordered from a restaurant that was less than 10 minutes away, which I had been craving tacos from all day, but I had a house full of kids so I couldn’t get the food myself. I thought I would give this a try. It took an hour to receive my food, the driver probably had more orders to fill so I really wasn’t too upset since I got my full order and it was still warm.
What bothered me was that 2 hours later, I got another charge to my credit card. I tried to contact the number available but at the first attempt, the voicemail wasn’t set up and at the second attempt, my call “couldn’t connect.” From what I’ve read, I’m not sure I’ll be getting any response to my email either.

They are unreliable.
They allow drivers too far away to complete your orders to take them. There has been multiple times we’ve ordered food and had our order canceled because they weren’t able to complete our order before the business closed. The orders will be confirmed and then you might not receive any notification until the order is at your house. It’s not worth the money you spend. Just go get your food yourself or use a different service.

Late order no customer service
I gave them a chance three times. I will not order from them ever again and will not recommend them. There is no way to contact customer service to cancel order. The number they have always voice box is not set up. And they never respond by chat. Oh and the app doesn’t work.
Worst delivery app
Do not waste your time with this app. I waited longer than the estimated time... The app does not have an option to contact customer support with issues on way it’s taking longer than stated. The chat box is worthless...
Save your time and money
I gave them two chances, the first order I received was uncooked and cold when arrived. They did not care to fix the issue and told me it was not there fault and to contact the restaurant when I ordered from them. The second order I received after two hours with items missing. They were suppose to bring me my items that were missing and I never received them. They did not care and shoved it off as if it’s not their issues. Please save your time and energy DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This is a scam! We order through this app and they have charged our card for a lot more than the order. Also never received our food!!! Beware!!! Scam!!!!
Late order
Food over 2 hours late. I can understand 30-45min late consider what’s going on right now, but I could of gotten my food at this point. I will not be using the his service again. I was missing half my order and the part of my order that did arrive was completely messed up.
Amazing
Fabulous service! I’m in a nursing home at the moment and it’s nice to have a service that will deliver more than pizza or Chinese food.
