Struggling to access the app

Had a immersun m3p132 charger installed and this is the app they recommended. Unfortunately it asks me for my details but regardless of what I put in it’s incorrect. I haven’t been able to sign up as it tells me I already have an account which I obviously don’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easy to use App

Had the Evacado.co.uk charger installed and this app was pre loaded easy to use and lets you set a timer really easy.

It’s okay I guess

App works for basic function and is easy to set up but there is no data when choosing history and other functions. Associated charger system works though.
