Different experience worth trying
I’ve tried a LOT of meditation apps but this is the first time I tried partnered meditation. It feels a bit strange at first but I quickly became comfortable sharing. I can see how it would have a profound impact on my mental and emotional well-being if I do it a few times a week. It’s a great tool to step out of my mental chatter and into the moment with someone in a way that feels safe. Enjoy!
