What is the purpose of the app?
App does not allow you to do anything. Almost seems like once you call and book an appointment it will show on the app…which defeats the purpose of having an app to book an appointment. There’s clearly something I’m missing here…
No Options
Downloaded App doesn’t provide any booking appointments or pricing at all!
App is absolute garbage
Attempted to sign up so we can schedule and start bringing our son. Every time I attempt to create an account I am met with an error message saying I need an emergency contact. Meanwhile, there is nowhere in the screen to put any of this information in, or a button to click to a “next page” in order to put this information in.

Birthday Party
Our son who turned eight experienced his first ever birthday party @ WRTS Brampton and I have to say he and his guests had a blast!
Teresa was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. She catered to all of our needs. My wife and I very much recommend this kids gym for your child’s next celebratory event.

Can’t create an account
Just downloaded the latest version of the app 2.0 and cannot even create an account. An error comes up regarding a missing Postal Code yet there is nowhere during signup to include a postal code!
App needs a lot of work
It doesn’t let you add all your family members in order to e-sign a waiver and it doesn’t give you dates to book,
Barely Functional
We Rock The Spectrum’s Facebook page directs users to the app for purchases, but the app is incredibly slow and cumbersome. While the app supposedly allow us to book appointments and there’s a spot for Events and Field Trips, there are no dates to book.
